Every year, the University gives a Gold Medal to the person with the highest distinction in the Faculty. They also give a Silver Medal to the person with the highest distinction in each Department. Students are nominated by the school to each department where the faculty of that department sits and makes its decision. I think I have this vision in my head :) And so...
I GOT THE SILVER MEDALLION FOR ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!
I am SO happy right now I could seriously cry. Veils aside, this is what is happening, this is so REAL and SURREAL right now!!! I opened up my mailbox today and God gave me two things: my official watermarked letter from Cambridge (I've been waiting for a MONTH) and my award letter.
Tears streaming down my face, I don't know what to say. All I know is that this is a gift but it's such a WONDERFUL gift. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
